DermaEnVie understands that life happens. We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation for any scheduled appointments. All appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours ahead your scheduled appointment will be charge a fee of 50% of the service price.

Late arrivals will require that we end the service at the scheduled time, meaning your service will unfortunately be shorter. This policy is to ensure we do not delay other customers scheduled appointments. Exceptions may be made if time allows. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment time if it is your first visit in order to fill out the required paperwork.

Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the spa. We focus on tranquility and calm for people to recharge and spend some “me time.” Children distract from this ambient experience. Only teens or preteens receiving a service are permitted in the spa.

Please silence your cell phone upon arrival for your scheduled service. If you must take a call, please do so outside as not to disturb others receiving a relaxing service.
